Terms & Conditions - Chocolate Fountain, sweet buffet, pop corn and candy floss Hire:

  • The agreed hire time is based on the actual usage time at the venue, should allocated supplies be used, the actual hire time may be reduced.
  • A deposit of at least £50.00 must be paid to secure a booking date, no date is secure until that deposit payment has been received in addition, a booking form must be completed. In the event that the hirer cancels the date for whatever reason, the deposit is completely non-refundable
  • In the unlikly event that MR Events need to cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit (or monies paid) in full. No further payment or compensation above the deposit (or monies paid) will be paid.
  • Payment must be made 7 days before the event if paying by Bacs or if by prior arrangement, on the evening of the event in cash and before the equipment is set up, we observe operator professional etiquette which asks the hirer to please contact the operator on our arrival and to make payment without having to be asked, a receipt will be issued.  Cheques are not accepted..
  • We will supply our own LED base unless a table is requested by us.  Please be aware that the ceiling height needs to accommodate the fountain which when placed on a table can be nearly 7 foot tall.
  • The hirer will arrange for each service provision final position to be close to (within 3m) an electrical socket of 220-240v fitted with a 13amp trip.
  • The hirer will arrange for sufficient space to be provided in positioning the service provision to allow safe use of the equipment by staff and guests.
  • The hirer will arrange for a suitable table cloth to be provided for each service provision table or other tables if requested by us.
  • The operator will provide a copy of its insurance liability should the venue request one.
  • The operator will operate its equipment with the best intentions all times.
  • We will endeavour to provide the supplies and equipment ordered, but the operator reserves the right to substitute supplies or equipment at any time.
  • The operator cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide a service of supplies or equipment if the operator has no control over the circumstances which withhold the supply.
  • In the event that the operator has no option but to fail in the supply of equipment hire and supplies, any monies paid will be reimbursed (pro rate) to time lost from our client account as soon as possible and in all cases, within 10 days of the planned date.
  • It usually takes and hour to set the service provision and then 30 minutes to take down so with travelling it can be a 6/7 hour event, we ask that we are able to have a light snack from the buffet once the guests have eaten, if this is not possible then please do let us know upon booking for us to make alternative arrangements.
  • The hirer agrees that in providing a booking form and the payment of at least a deposit, the hirer accepts these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions - Photo & Video Booth hire (including Selfie Tower/Pod)
It takes approx 40 minutes or so to set the booth up, we then operate it for an agreed time, it then takes a further 30 - minutes to pack down after the event, where possible we will set up before your event and depart from the venue in the shortest possible time, we aim to ensure there is no inconvenience to you and your guests, if you are unsure of the best place for us to be placed please just ask us for further details.



Booth size



The booth comes with a 22" touch screen ELO monitor for ease of use, the latest Fuji printer for high quality prints and professional lighting for superb pictures, the booth operator will do everything for your guests and ensure they have a great time as well as getting as many of your guests as possible to use the booth and sign your guest book.
The booth measures 1230mm depth by a width of 2130mm and is 1980mm tall.  (Tower 350mm x 450mm x 1950mm) It also comes flat packed in our canvas transportation bags so it is easy to set up anywhere.  We need some space to the side of the booth for props and ideally a table to the other side for the signing of your guest book and to view the pictures on a large screen (if supplied), an opportunity may be provided for guests to purchase larger 8" x 6" prints instantly or from the website after the event!

  • The hirer will arrange for sufficient space to be provided in positioning the photo booth to allow safe use of the equipment by the operator and guests.
  • The hirer will arrange for the photo booth's final position to be close to an electrical socket of 220-240v fitted with a 13amp trip.
  • The operator will provide a copy of its insurance liability should the venue request one.
  • The operator will operate its equipment with the best intentions at all times, guests are asked to observe the operators instructions which are provided for the safety of all guests and that of the booth equipment, guests who may become rude or not listen to reasonable requests, may be asked to leave the booth unit, threatening behaviour of any level will not be tolerated and the operator reserves the right to cease operating, in serious situations the operator will take down the booth unit and leave the premises.  No refund of monies will be paid.
  • We will endeavour to provide the supplies and equipment ordered, but the operator reserves the right to substitute supplies or equipment at any time should there be a need. In some instances the hire may be passed to another suitable operator who will provide at least the minimum service ordered to the best of their ability, external covers may be changed to a different style if necessary..
  • The operator cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide a service of supplies or equipment if the operator has no control over the circumstances which may withhold all or part of the supply such as accidents, traffic issues on route to the venue, venue issues or the delay in operating the unit for any reason.
  • In the event that the operator has no option but to fail in the supply of equipment hire and supplies in whole or in part, which are the responsibility of the operator, any monies paid will be reimbursed from our client account as soon as possible and in all cases, within 10 days of the planned date.  Failure to supply due to the fault of the venue or as a result of any client issues (overrun of speeches etc), will not result in a refund.
  • You agree to any and all images being used for display on marketing and website advertising including social media websites, any images considered not suitable for public viewing will not be used to save the embarrassment of the individual.
  • It usually takes and hour to set the booth up and then an hour to take down so with travelling it can be a 7 hour event, we ask that we are able to have a light snack from the buffet once the guests have eaten, if this is not possible then please do let us know upon booking for us to make alternative arrangements.
  • The hirer agrees that in providing a booking form and the payment of at least a deposit, the hirer accepts these terms and conditions.
